This is a simple gift card holder. The dimensions are 9"x1" for the belly band and 10"x 4.25" for the card. The card is scored at 2", 5", 6", and 7". You pop up the scores to make the gift card holder part and trim the edge. I use score tape to hold the scored part together but don't put it on the top, the bottom and sides only or your card won't go in. Hope you like it.
