I had an adoption shower this weekend for a friend from work who is increasing his family by an eight year old little boy.  I made this card using the tree builder punch and the sprinkles of life stamp set, plus I used the time of life set (for on your) and cuddles and kisses (for adoption).  I also used an old michaels congratulations stamp.
